    Hi,
i have a problem viewing the second video.
Since EP300 i can’t view the second video for premium members any more.
After clicking on it it stays in a kind of waiting mode.
Is there anyone who can help me solving this problem?
Changing browser, as advised by Active melody, does not help.
The most strange fact is that i can view the second videos of all lessons up[ to EP300.
For lessons after EP300 the problem is there.
May be Active Melody did change something in their scripts???
    Regards,
    Gerard vd Schrieck

Works fine for Me, reads to me like your pc is buffering due to lack of memory, clear cashe, do a defrag and get rid of some of the saved videos that eat up memory..
Or it may be your experiencing poor download speeds from your ip, run a speed check and that will give you an idea of what your pc is doing..

Ugh, sorry to hear you’re still having those issues, Gerard. The Vimeo hosted videos work fine for me, too.
Here’s a troubleshooting list I have found that may be useful for you, maybe try that: https://vimeo.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015759328-Troubleshoot-video-playback-issues-

Can you watch them on some of your other devices? cellphone? tablet? If so, that tells you the problem is with your computer.

If the problem is with your computer, it usually has to do with insufficient buffer size (Vimeo uses hi res videos) or too many cookies. It sounds like what’s happening is your browser starts filling your buffer after you click on the video, then the buffer gets full and stops the video from playing. Try this: Click on on Play, then immediately click Pause. Wait for a few minutes, and try to play it.

I’m guessing you mainly use IE, since I’ve never heard of this problem happening with Safari.

        Hi Steve,
Your idea to try another computer was an excellent idea.
I tried my Iphone on the same internet connection and it all worked fine!
So it has to do with my PC and not with the internet connection or so.
        I’ll continue my search.
        Thanks!

When it is a buffer problem how come that the problem not exists for the EP299 and lower?
And how come that for those lower EP numbers i can play multiple video’s at once?

I tries the play and quick pause but it did not work.
BTW what is IE ? I use fire fox but i also tried chrome, both same problem.

The buffer is how much active memory your computer sets aside for such things as temporarily storing the download data received from Youtube, Vimeo, or such. You can specify how much you want to be able to use. I’m not sure how to do that on a PC, but you can Google “how to increase buffer size on PC”. I had to do it on my MacBook (it was easy) in order to make Logic Pro – my DAW – allow real-time monitoring of my input.

IE is Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, but if Firefox and Chrome are giving the same problem, that pretty much rules out a browser problem (I assume IE also gives the problem). Next I would try what Greenparrot suggested. I’m guessing that the lessons below EP299 are being sent out from Vimeo in some slightly different format…smaller packets, less bits/sec?

You are not the only person with this problem. Here’s a suggested fix:

Fix: Vimeo not working in Chrome or Firefox

Here is a quick test if you don’t have another device to try it on.
Go to private browsing. Then go to the Vimeo site and just play a video. If that works then go to active melody and sign in. Try the videos. If that works then it’s your profile. If it doesn’t then install another browser and give it another go. The idea is to narrow it down to either profile, browser or device.
