John,
You must hold the record for the most postings ever by an AM member! Congrats! Don’t know how you remember all these tunes and lessons but your memory appears to be super sharp! You’re the guy I would want around the campfire….able to play most any tune and entertain everyone. That was some smooth playing!

John, there is an excellent book that I bought back in the mid 70s. FINGERPICKING FIDDLE TUNES Traditional Dance Music by Ken Perlman. Collected from traditional sources from Ireland, Great Britain, and Appalachia. Jigs, Reels, hornpipes, marches, and hoedown tunes. Standard notation and transcribed into TAB for guitar. Pubished by Chappell and Co. 1978 Highly recommend. You are inspiring me to pick it up and do something with it…..time time time…….
I’m sure it is out of print but probably easy to find. I know you have an interest in this and wanted to pass on.

Amazon have it for $24… Sounding good yet again John, there isn’t much else to add about your playing which hasn’t already been said 100 times before.
