We often discuss what artist/song has influenced us most in our journey to become better guitarists but there is also a song which will typify where you were in life when you first heard it. Procol Harum’s ‘Whiter Shade of Pale‘ is that one for me…. Late 60’s
There are lots of YT versions of this number but nobody can touch the dynamic way Martin Tallstrom plays it. The video definition is not the best but the guitar with its beautiful tone more than makes up for it.
