Slappy,
Very cool video and audio production. Really nice tone and feel, very moody. Well played, loved the special effects, or are you on a roof top in Vegas 🙂

Very impressed Slappy. You are a better guitarist than I realized. I really like the way you took that lesson and made it completely your own. It takes a little courage to do that.
I always play Brian’s original on the first cycle then my own on the second mostly because I really like what Brian does but it is as much to show people I can actually do his lessons. Your playing of this was so good it stands on it’s own – I like that little bit of chorus you threw in with this too.
When you told me you had run out and bought that focusrite on my direction I felt some trepidation in case you didn’t like it. So glad you do and it has really improved the quality of your sound.
PS: You can ignore my comment on your second post. I assume you must have used the focusrite on that one too.

you my friend have lead me down an awesome path. a rabbit hole I may never emerge from. and it was your playing and sound that got me curious to say ” I want that sound” I joined “AM” cuz I was tired of playing the same stuff over and over, with Brians lessons there’s always something new and challenging.
best to you.

No truer word was said. I don’t know how Brian does it because we all fall into rabbit holes with this – it is really hard to believe Brian isn’t like the rest of us.
By the way, Justin from Justinguitar has some great insights on how to keep the interest going with guitars. I haven’t subscribed to his lessons but I certainly respect his wisdom. One of the things I have done to keep my interest going is to learn Flamenco. I used to think it was best to stick to one style but I have learned that I can only grow by trying different things.

I’m impressed too by your ability to make your own the lesson, in a very nice and original way! I think Brian would be proud If he’d listen to it! Very well and soulfully played, with an excellent tone and a good vibe!

So so cool Slappy. Excellence choice of backing track here and love the vibe and the video production is a classic. I just upgraded from a Focusrite Scarlett Solo to a Focusrite 2i2 myself and have used Albeton for the first time this week. I had Pro Tools but ProTools is not free anymore so I’ve crossed over! Very enjoyable playing from go to wo! Keep on pickin’ and all the best! 🥸🎸🥸

Wonderful! A pleasure to listen to and played with so much emotion. Big thumbs up.
Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.
