Gosh not been participating in a while looking forward to seeing everyone’s contributions
Did this a week ago with the aim of rerecording it with video but hey best of intentions as they say it’s the thought that counts
Guitar used PRS Piezo but on humbuckers, it’s an odd name it has 2 outputs 1 for piezo 1 for MagI call the Piece WET, it was drenching it down when I was recording this tail end of one of the Atlantic storms
For effects nerds delay is 300 5 repeats you can hear the trails at the end
Overdirve is just the 5 watt Marshall in the picture turned up to full, the rhythm is a simple pattern based on triads with a reverby chorus effect which has modulation built in.done

First It’s good to see you posting again Greg. I loved the sound and often wish I could get close to it but I don’t seem able. I thought your creativity was excellent and you have a very sure hand on the fretboard. I enjoyed it very much.

Nice submission Greg! Thanks for sharing your gear choice, that’s inspiring
If I wasn't making mistakes I wouldn't be the kind of player I want to be. Perfection is dangerous.
It's all about taking risks, sometimes you get to some place, sometimes you get to a different place. (Brian May) -

You came up with a really atmospheric and soulful piece there, Greg. Great composition and playing. It felt like a very short 1:52 – I had to play it again.

Sounded great, Greg! Very cool take on the chord progression and the effects add a lot of “mightiness” to the sound. Good to see you back this month 🙂

What great sounds, you produce here, Greg. But this one is not only a technical thing, it‘s also very emotional.
It somehow puts me in a profound and melancholy mood. But in a good way.
Welcome back to the challenges!Take the chance to meet your AM friends on Zoom.
The next Meetup will take place in May/JuneThere will be a detailed announcement here in the forum a few weeks before..
I look forward to meet you.

I thought I heard a little Jeff Beck-style volume knob action going on at the beginning, but later on the arpeggiated chords gave you a great canvas to play over with in those beautiful tomes. Excellent.

Greg, good seeing you back here. This was really a cool tone with the lead sounding like something reminiscent of the Scorpians. Bad to the bone bro! Nice job. Cheers Pap.
