Well done Catherine. You followed the chord changes nicely. Love your sense of direction and ability to squeeze out one more defining note at each turn. Beautiful rendition. Oh so bluesy. You done good.

Loved it Catherine. Great tone that fit the track…had almost a gospel blues feel at times. Great touch!

That was fun! I’m pretty sure you chose the wrong profession, Catherine. You were born to be a famous musician. I’ve never heard you play something that was not awesome.

Awesome playing as usual, each phrase is so well crafted and played and your finger picking soloing on that LP is unique! A soulful brilliant piece of music, loved to listen to it!

Country goes pretty well with blues. And when you play that, Catherine, it turns into a little musical celebration. Your touch is simply wonderful. Once again, I enjoyed listening to you.

I mainly watch your playing the same way I watch my favorites on Spotify or YouTube. Not that I could offer any input or useful feedback or encouragement. Just to hear it because it is so beautiful and moving. (and so damn skillful while you make it look easy.)

I think you’ve achieved a perfect blend of the two styles. As always, perfectly played and excellent sound.
Thank You, Werner

Hi Catherine, you added so much more enrichment to this backing track , cleverly working in that subtle country blues sound , I also could detect a slight gospel feel in certain parts .
Really enjoyable listen.Martin

Hi Catherine, Country or not – that could be debateable. What’s out of the question is that it sounds great! When you pluck those tasty sounds out of your Les Paul, it doesn’t matter what style or genre it is. Beautiful composition!

Catherine, that was such a heartfelt and skillful performance. You blended country warmth with a deep blues soul in a way that felt completely natural and engaging. Every phrase had intention and grace — really beautiful playing that stays with the listener. Ever fancy recording a dynamics lesson for us, eh? 😉
