I’m a premium member and enjoy the weekly lessons very much.
Up to the EP300 i could run the video 2 without any problem
Helas after that number the video 2 will not start and a rotating circle
goes on showing that there is some loading/waiting going on.
I use Firefox browser and I already tried the Chrome browser but with same results.
One thing I noted: the play button for video 2 is blue instead of red,
may that tells something?
Can anybody help me solving this problem?

Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps?
Yes i tried clearing my browser cache but it did not help.
The strange thing is that i can run multiple videos as long as they are from lessons
with a lower EP number than 300.
So that gives me the impression that it has to do with some change in the webpage structure of Active Melody.
Hmm, that is quite strange, indeed… 🤔 In this case, I would send an email to [email protected]
I have not heard of this particular issue before, so I’ll be curious of the outcome. Maybe you have already done it but sometimes resetting all devices on your end may work – and that includes your network router.
Gerard,try putting the quality to around 360!
It appears to be a problem related to my browser Firefox.
Changing to Crome solved the matter.
