Hey all you happy pickers.
I’m starting with EP244 and the thumping bass line turns into a little Polk salad and ends with EP230’s One Chord Blues! -

What great value – two for the price of one. Great picking, that must be suffering from RSI by now. Really well played James and a great tone.

Great use of the thumb-pick James, you quickly got into a really gutsy groove expertly played by yourself.

Great as always James! I picked up a bit of Tony Joe White in the second one. Enjoyed that!

Love that dead thumb style James. You make it look easy and sound great. Excellent job combining the two lessons. You merged them like they belonged together. Nicely done.

Super cool track James! That’s a treat.
The sound should not have been different. Great!Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

Nice one James, you can’t beat a good drone bass line for standalone solos. Nice transition between the lessons, total fun!

You kept that beat steady and kept us rocking James. Like your Les Paul, which appears to be Epiphone. I recently bought an Epiphone, ES339, a smaller version of ES335. And I like it, too. I started to practice the first lesson you played, now that you made me like it! Hope you are still singing regularly. Hide

James, that was fantastic man. I was so glad to see someone taking on that Ry Cooder style lesson – and then going into the 1 chord blues thing, very clever.
