He sure makes some fine guitars! Did you take one home?
Mike
Mike,
No I restrained myself. I only left with a new guitar strap and one free pick.
…and no, Paul didn’t swallow that pick he put in his mouth!
Gene
Gene,
I’m really disappointed with your self discipline. How did the Silver Sky feel? I’m just not sure about that 7.25″ radius and I suspect the neck will be chunkier than I prefer.
John
John and Jim,
My self discipline was the fact that my wife was with me! :>) Jim knows me well enough that he will verify that I have no self discipline. Right Jim?
I played EP 140 and EP 142 (because I have those two memorized) on the Silver Sky and the neck did not feel chunky to me and I have small hands. I didn’t really have a lot of time to check out the instrument, however, other than playing the two songs because there were a lot of other people waiting to look at it. I don’t remember the neck feeling fat however.
Apparently they will be trickling into stores in the Seattle area (and probably elsewhere) soon.

Hi Gene,
Very cool! And A+ for self control, not sure I could have done it.
Jim
Gene,
That was cool. Bet the festival was a lot of fun.
Tim
In any case, it was a nice event for you, Gene.
Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

Fantastic picture Gene, I have to say that I enjoy PR Smiths interviews. I think his humour is bang on the money..Shame no one videoed you playing the guitar ..
