Putting the “slow” into Brian’s EP307 Slow and Easy Blues.
Looking forward to listening to everyone in Don’s roundup.

Nicely done the tempo was really laid back
It didn’t seem to suffer from it at all and I enjoyed it
I use a string lubricant ( fast fret) which reduces the noise and makes the strings last longer.

Ok that’s interesting, I get a bit annoyed by the squeaking strings, I assume it is a technique thing?

The strings get dry and can get a bit dirty as well, you can get “ultraglide” or I think “finger ease” does the same thing as “fast fret”.
They lubricate and clean at the same time.

Well played Chris. The tempo does not matter for this lesson. I mean, you can play it faster or slower; it always has its charm. Well done.

A real rich tone from your guitar. Those type of lessons are a gold mine for acoustic players.

Very nice ‘front porch’ type of music, Chris. I liked the way your guitar looks, very vintage. Very laid back and fun to listen to. Thank you!

You sound like an old blues pro on this. And playing it slow was perfect!
