I got it the second time, but I’m still way slow.
Note to self: use metronome when looping.

There he is! Looks like acoustic heaven over there, Vojtech. I even saw a fiddle in the background. Nice playing and looping, some great runs in that piece.

You are right charjo, that’s my grandpas fiddle. I’m taking lessons on Fridays, so in four to five years, I should get somewhat better. It’s fun, and I can practice note reading.

The Boss RC-300 has a built-in metronome and many different drum tracks. Plus, all Boss loopers will automatically synchronize your playing, even if you don’t step on the pedal at exactly the right time. Life doesn’t get easier than that.

Steve,
Didn’t know that all Boss loopers do that. That’s great. I think I’ll get one. I have a cheap one and trying to sync it is a real b….

I use boss rc1 and I haven’t seen anything like you describe, but TRIO+ does it quite strongly. I’m not sure all boss loopers do this.

Nice to see you back on the forum again Vojtech! Good looping demo. Loopers can be tons of fun and are a great practice tool.

Good stuff, I enjoy this bluegrass stuff too, pretty sure i’m getting getting close to Tony Rice version of church street blues flatpicking..intro anyway, I actually had to transcribe the intro in music tab scriptsheet off the internet..,I found it both fun and challenging to get where I am going to do it on my d35 martin here maybe tonorrow, i just been busy,,so i have to make practice time between. Anyway good job, some these fiddle tunes are incredibly difficult and demand many hours flatpicking, great go at this FM Vojtech!

That was pretty cool Vojtech. You have a few things going on there and you put them all together nicely. Great playing!

I should take time too trying to master the looper featured in an RC 20xl loop station even a few other stomp pedals.. i have to clean them and box them ,, reminded me they been collecting dust inside a glass door tv stand.. only just because having too much fun and convenience with my Yamaha THR 10C ..tuner and everything built in such easy reach too right next to me.I’m sure to give the looper a go again someday but no interest nowadays, just prefer following along the internet jam tracks through bugit desktop and mackie monitors
