Hi Active Melodists,
Long time no see! I’ve been a bit busy lately but found some time last month to pick up my guitar and learn a couple of Brian’s most recent lessons (at least they were at the time :D). Here’s the double result, featuring exciting solo jam EP342 and fingerstyle jazzy lullaby EP336.
As always, constructive comments are more than welcome 🙂 In particular, I have been trying for some time to palm mute the bass strings in the fingerstyle tunes I’m learning, in order to avoid that buzzing “drone” sound. However, I find that trying to palm mute just the top strings is not only tricky, but also a very uncomfortable position to hold, and messes heavily with my right hand dexterity… Any advice or tips on how to overcome that?
Hope you enjoy listening!
