John,
that’s some serious fine playing – sounded pro all the way – absolutely loved it.

Thanks ,this was fun and although I can use a pick ,I just enjoy trying to smooth these blues licks using my fingers,, it takes a bit more time but I like the freedom to pluck mute and try to smooth & flow with these classic shuffle blues licks like watching Brian and than my goal is toget enough take aways to jam maybe someday be able to collab online with friends.
I’m still learning but not far away anymore feeling more confident anyway! lol ty again for a kind voice!

Yes, using the fingers can give a person a new dimension in ones style of playing, and surprisingly I think some of the greatest blues players don’t even use a pick.
Nice playing, John. The melody of the notes is what expresses the art of music . 🙂 6stringerPete
It really is all about ”melody”. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. 🙂 6 stringer Pete

Very cool. I thought we were only up to lesson EP327, but I see a few more have been added. Those fast licks in EP327 have given me cramps in my fingers after practicing it. But this one sounds more casual.

That sounded great John, there’s a really cool and chilled out flow to your playing. I was working on this lesson last night, I’m not yet up to your speed and ease of playing it! Looking forward to more videos from you.

Great played John. I have been playing a lot of slow tracks lately, but now I have to increase it to a higher bpm; somehow I mean more fun right now. I could not stop beating the clock.
Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.
