Finally got to this month’s challenge – EP184 slow minor blues – and I think one of the chords is mis-named in the print-out
The turnaround chord named as E(#7)9 I think should be called E7(#9). This is the Jimi chord that turns up in other of Brian’s minor blues lessons (eg EP-069) and while the sound of a chord is more important than what it’s called, I find it helps me if I can “spell” chords; in this case it’s the E7 turnaround chord plus the sharp 9 – E7(#9) – that adds that Jimi feel.
Fortunately Brian has included the TAB with the correct fingering so the chord name doesn’t matter that much, but I just thought I’d mention it for clarification.
