WOW. Beautifully played John. Your finger-style playing without backing track (and slightly slower tempo?) conjures up images of a smoke-filled night spot at closing time. Great stuff.

Nice and clean, with a beautiful tone and a very good sense of timing. I enjoyed it.

Very nice, John. Thanks for the new angle. It’s great to watch your feel for the guitar.

John, beautiful Interpretation. It is Your style. I really didn’t expect something else from You. The Sound unconditionally clean. Good bending (up and down). First of all, to me, the backing was missing a track. On the second pass, I solved myself and thought it was great. You have played without a metronome?
Wilfried
Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.

Thank you everybody! Wilfried, I could of used the sound track to tempo and I know I would have FELT THE FEEL MORE and would have likely sounded better, was impressed with Bryce’s version… heard his strat single coils in the beginning like the strat tone but even my lace pickups were humming like his so instead went with the bridge humbuckers on standard les Paul.. great lesson the rehearse anytime again! cheers everybody!

Played with feeling John. It’s amazing how we all start off with the same piece and get so many different and interesting results. You played really well and you’ve got a great tone on that guitar. Congratulations.

Hi.
Agree with all above. Strange to hear without backtrack but tempo still ok.
My only suggestion.
I’ts clear you have the level to make something on your own, try for the next one as exercise ;-).David

Hi John,
Sorry for the late reply and you are actually the last challenge post since I’ve just checked against Bryce’s list. I’m pleased it worked out being your post and to see you paying finger picking to a slow blues groove. I know you normally attack the pieces and like to rock them a bit, so this was a great change and on the money again!
Cheers Bri
