I bought a Bootlegger guitar. It is a boutique guitar designed by a guy who lives in California and built in South Korea. It costed a total of $577 and came with a hard case and a little stainless whiskey flask 🙂 It has Tesla pickups, a P90 in the neck position and single coil on the bridge position. It also has grover tuners. There is no finish on the neck at all.
I bought it because I don’t like taking my expensive PRS in and out of doors subjecting it to sudden temperature and/or humidity changes.
I like playing EP 358 as a slow piece. This morning I tried it out on the P90 pickup only with the gain turned down on my little Blackstar Fly 3 amp.
