Do you exercise any? I don’t have an exercise routine, but I seem to find time daily to walk for 1.5 hours and do pushups and situps. On Sunday I take a walk along the country road and it’s a 3.5 hour walk. Hard to believe, but I haven’t driven a car in over 10 years, I go almost every where by bicycle, but the wife drives, she doesn’t like my driving. So I just relax and let her drive.

The melody of the notes is what expresses the art of music . ๐Ÿ™‚ 6stringerPete

It really is all about โ€melodyโ€. The melody comes from a language from our heart. Our heart is the muscle in music harmony. The melody is the sweetness that it pumps into our musical thoughts on the fretboard. ๐Ÿ™‚ Pete

      6stringer,
I go to a gym at a rec park about half a mile from my house. Its $2.00 every time I go. I can stay for hours. I go
twice a week usually. And upstairs is an indoor track. I walk one mile everytime I work out too. When I used to live in California,
near Sacramento there was no busses. I lived far away from everything. Its ok until you need medical care. On a bum note
I now live in Tucson, Arizona. There is public transpartation here. A grocery store is about one mile walking distance. Winter is
fine, but summers get to 110. If I had to I would give up a car. It gets pricey to own one too.

      Hi John
It’s good to stay active instead of being in front of the tv. Although I seem to be behind the computer a lot when I’m not outside wandering around. I really haven’t driven a car in over 10 years, the wife drives, but I’d prefer to drive. A bike is most convenient here to get around for me and it keeps me in fairly good shape. We have a community place where we can work out also, but I think they charge around 2 to 3 dollars per visit. I don’t go in this economy. Walking is free. As for gas we pay over $6 a gallon here, but our monthly bill runs about $70 mainly because we don’t drive very far and often.

well, drop a line if you have time

do you ever go on skype
