I’ve been using my Fractal Axe-FX modeller for several years now, and just discovered that it’s got a BUILT-IN looper. Duh!

Thanks for the link. Have been following Pete Honore (aka Danish Pete)for awhile on his YT channel and Andertons Music. He was a touring and session player and now at Andertons doing demos. This guy plays with style and has great gear knowledge.

Damn that Part 1 Looping Tips for Beginner is a great lesson on looping!
First, he shows how to build up your own backing track, simply, 1 layer at a time.

Second, and more important to me, he LOVES the music he creates. I’ve seldom seen someone so moved by his own music while he’s playing. That’s even a better lesson than the looping. To love your own playing. He’s carried away by his own music; I thought he was going to get teary-eyed at times.

That’s my goal – to make music that even carries myself away.
The guitars and pedals are just tools to let out the music inside.

Thanks Vorocan for sharing this video; it was a great reminder for me to focus on the music, not the tools.

Great we will be getting some looping from you soon, by the way your playing does covey what your talking about.
