Awesome, Bruce! This sounded impeccable to my ears, great opening lick to start with, and then it just got better and better, including those tasty chords in the second part. All was very well played with a good sense of timing and of course, a killer tone!

Love to hear you play your Gretsch Bruce. Really well thought out composition with a balance of single lines and harmonised notes and triads. Also enjoy your friendly manner at the beginning of your posts. All the best!

How could we not enjoy that? That was excellent. I think that’s my favorite so far of the submissions. And the tone was phenomenal as well.

An extremely sympathetic take on the challenge really nicely done, the additional guitar felt like it should have always been there.

Above an accurate choice of notes, I mostly retain how solid is your rhythm, when you start, when you stop, that’s mastery!

Wonderful job Bruce. You’ve got a great feel for the music. Be it Chuck Berry or this laid back track. You can play it.

This is awesome, Bruce! What a great lead you played! Love the chord soloing, the double stops, the harmonic notes… And on top of that: your beautiful Gretsch captures the perfect sound for your lead over this backing track.
One of the best submissions I watched this weekend!
Best regards,

Great composition, Bruce. I wonder what it is that makes those Gretsch guitars have such great sound. I liked your use of alternate chord voicings to build dyads.

Nice job on your Gretsch, Bruce. Everything was very pleasant to listen to.
Play guitar just like you live; don't get bogged down in theory, it's just a tool without feeling.
