Hi John, excellent work. The perfect guitar imitation of the song! Keep on rocking! I used to play so much of the beatles in the early days and it was a pleasure to rediscover the song like this!

I’ve heard that song before John. The Beatle are the reason me and 74,000,000 other guitar players play guitar. There was so much energy in that song, and the Les Paul sounded great on this one.
The Beatles used the oldest trick in the book: Talent.
I’ve talked to Brian via e-mail a few times and we are both Super Beatle Freaks. It sounds like you’re part of the club too.
To the people that slam The Beatles, and there are a lot of them, play me something better. I’ll listen.
Good playing, vibe, energy, and you have the fun factor. It always sound better when you’re having fun.

You are getting nostalgic John! Keith, AC/DC and now the Beatles. Great energy and those fingers are just flying over the fretboard. Looking forward to the next one. All the best!

That was a blast from the past! This was my elder sister’s first ever 45 (remember them!) and we used to play loud and often in rebellion to the parent’s Jim Reeves (probably a bit unfair on Jim Reeves but that’s youth!). Great song, like so many of the Beatle songs, still sounds fresh and makes you sit up and smile. I never realised it was such a handful until I saw your hands flying all over the neck. Epic playing and you’ve got the tone in the bag.

Well thank you folks for the kind words… As I was telling Ralph the opening riffs are not easy. There is another way to play them (the way the Beatles would play it) that has a fuller, fatter sound. I am really struggling with mastering those riffs. Not an easy piece and yes a lot of fun. The opening note brings back a lot of great memories to when I was a young child.

Great job on that Beatles classic John!! Not that easy to play!! I have a music book of all the Beatles songs ever written by them, and I can say without a doubt, that they were one of the most talented groups ever!! When looking at their different song composing, it amazes me just how talented they were!! …….Sal

That was one of my favorite songs of the Beatles. You transposed it into a groovy John Style Rock song!!! I loooove your dirty overdrive guitar sound with bridge pickup!!! Wooow…man you rock.

He John,
Those first records from The Beatles and also from the Stones have been carved into my bones. I was 14 and we felt that a new time had arrived.
Your performance is not perfect, but you knew that yourself. But I would be happy if I could play it that well.Luc
