7.4 Picking Pattern Two
This Section Of The Beginner Guitar Course Covers The Following:
In this lesson arpeggios are used. An arpeggio is the picking of individual notes within a chord and creating rhythmic pattern combinations. Alternate picking is different than alternate strumming in that the pick can change direction on a string-by-string basis. When strumming chords, combining downstrokes and upstrokes can produce a traditional folk music-type sound
The tablature file and Jam Track .mp3 file (excluding the rhythm track) are included for you to play along with. A full band MP3 file with all tracks is also included. Multiple tempos are available. Strings can be skipped by jumping over them if desired. Don’t forget, timing is important!
