This Section Of The Beginner Guitar Course Covers The Following:
- Muting can be used to create interesting rhythms, and is used when playing rhythm guitar.
- Muting is resting fingers on strings and not pushing down to get a rhythm-type sound.
- A down / up strum pattern can be made more interesting by combining it with the muting technique.
- The right hand strums down to create a cord while the fingers on the left hand press down to mute the strings.
